At Holy Cacao Chocolate, we look at every aspect of chocolate manufacturing in order to produce extremely flavorful chocolate.  Our focus is on quality and “Kedushah”- Holiness.  We scrutinize our actions in order to gain insight on how to improve ourselves.  We look at chocolate in the same way.

The world is filled with klippot that need to be removed in order for the Divine Light to emanate.  The light is pure and through personal refinement vessels are formed to receive the light. 

As everything is related and connected, we relate to these concepts in a practical way while manufacturing premium fine chocolate.

We remove the klipah (shell) of the cocoa beans, roast them, and refine them in an effort to give you natural cacao flavors.  We make chocolate that will introduce you to something new, and yet old.  Our chocolate is made from rare cacao varieties and pure cane sugar.  We present you with real chocolate that is meant to be savored like a fine wine.  Enjoy the nuances that each origin of cacao offers.
